By using our platform, users accept these risks and agree that ODDs, its affiliates, and employees shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from using our services. Users are encouraged to exercise caution and discretion when interacting on the platform and understand that they are solely responsible for the information they share.

Additionally, please note that ODDs has not yet launched the app, and we are currently testing and refining it to ensure the best user experience. We appreciate your patience and support as we work towards making the ODDs platform available to you.

1. Use of the Platform: a. You must be at least 13 years old to use ODDs. b. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration. c. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. User Conduct: a. You agree to use ODDs in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. b. You will not engage in any activity that may harm, disrupt, or impair the platform's functionality or integrity. c. You will not impersonate any individual or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organization.

3. Content: a. You retain ownership of any content you submit or share on ODDs. b. You grant ODDs a non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your content worldwide. c. You agree not to upload or share any illegal content that infringes upon intellectual property rights or violates the rights of others.

4. Intellectual Property: a. ODDs and their content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. b. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on ODD content without prior written consent.

5. Termination: a. ODDs reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for violation of these Terms and Conditions or any other reason. b. You will lose access to your account and any associated data upon termination.

6. Limitation of Liability: a. ODDs shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in any way related to your use of the platform. b. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ODDs, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

7. Modifications: a. ODDs reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. b. Continued use of ODDs after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
